Full English makes British food in Austin, Texas.
We take a modern, artisanal approach to food, with the emphasis on fresh local produce, doing things with love and by hand, and following our tastebuds to the most delicious recipes, improving them in our own way.
Our passion is for good old-fashioned British comfort food, which has a long and worthy if much maligned tradition. British food is all about home cooking, and everyone has their own idea of what tastes best and how to serve it. We do not hold with the idea of trying to be “authentic”. We choose the best, make it better and then ignore the rest. We are authentic because we are serious and we care about your food and your experience with us. We are always learning, and we like your feedback 
Our aesthetic is modern art/ vintage/ Britpunk, with added words & literature, plus a few obscure personal references. We are fascinated by the UK/ USA cultural connection, most things European, and the many wonderful things in and about the UK that we adore. We already stock a few vintage items and hand-made t-shirts, and we plan to show more arts and crafts in the nearest possible future.
